APG – ELES Auctions

CAO will organize registrations for the Yearly, Monthly and Daily auctions, support collection of bank guarantees and Austrian Balance group evidence during the interim period since the beginning of 2010.

The auction rules on the Austrian-Slovenian border for 2010 have been published on Auction Office Austria and ELES webpage. You will find the agreed versions which are valid for the interim period in 2010 under the following links:

APG–ELES rules The rules have slightly changed as the registration is processed by the Central Allocation Office for the mentioned borders. Therefore documents like:

• Registration Form (for direction Austria to Slovenia)
• Registration Form (for direction Slovenia to Austria)
• Bank Guarantee (for direction Austria to Slovenia)
• Membership to an Austrian Balance Group
• Statement of Acceptance (for direction Slovenia to Austria)

have to be submitted in original (all documents) directly to CAO:
