CAO is the common CEE auction office for allocating cross border transmission capacity supporting the participating TSOs in common capacity determination assessment.

CAO operates regional NTC coordinated capacity allocation process with new auction algorithm for allocation of available capacity based on maximization of social welfare. CAO is furthermore deeply involved in the finalization of the flow-based allocation implementation project with the aim to use the method in regular operation.
